By creating an account or using ResumeAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

ResumeAI is an AI-powered tool that analyzes your resume against a job description and generates a match score, skills gap analysis, a rewritten resume, a cover letter, interview questions, and a learning roadmap.

The generated results come from an AI model (Google Gemini) and may contain errors, misinterpretations, or suggestions that are not fully accurate. This output is provided as an assistive tool only, not a guarantee of employment or interview success. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before actual use (e.g. sending it to an employer).

To use ResumeAI, you must create an account (via email/password or Google sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

You agree to use ResumeAI only for lawful, personal purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Uploading content containing another person's personal information without their consent • Attempting to bypass rate limits or daily usage quotas • Using automated tools (bots) to send bulk requests • Attempting to extract, copy, or commercially resell the outputs generated by this platform • Uploading malicious, illegal, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if these rules are violated.

You own the resume and information you upload. By using ResumeAI, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to process your request (sending it to the Google Gemini API and storing it in your account). We claim no ownership over your original resume content.

ResumeAI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that analyses will always be accurate, complete, or error-free, or that using this service will result in employment or any specific career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeAI and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use this service.

ResumeAI is currently available free of charge, subject to a daily limit on the number of real analyses (per 24 hours). We reserve the right to change access tiers, limits, or the pricing model in the future; if we do, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice.

You may request full deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We also reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice if these terms are violated (e.g. service abuse or exceeding usage limits).

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of ResumeAI after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
